We want contractors who serve homeowners and care about the finished roof. The strongest fit is usually a business that:

• Focuses on residential roof replacement and new installs
• Works in Dublin or nearby communities
• Knows cold-climate roofing, including ice, snow load, freeze-thaw wear and coastal wind
• Is comfortable with older homes, Cape Cod style roofs and multi-family buildings
• Can handle storm and hail damage work when it comes up

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their biggest shield against the weather. We ask every provider to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance required where they work
• Inspect the roof before quoting
• Give written quotes that are clear about materials, labor and cleanup
• Answer calls and messages politely, and follow up when they say they will
• Be honest about what a roof needs, including when a repair is enough
• Offer homeowners a simple upkeep plan once the job is finished

We do not promise a set number of leads, and we cannot promise results for any business. Availability and demand vary by season and by area.
